OUR WORK PROCESS

Quality Control

When sewing start our line Q.C. checks each and every Process machine tension/S.P.I/Label placement as per buyer instruction. 1st piece production will check styling and seam construction by our Q.C in charge.

Workmanship check

After received some finish goods from sewing line our Q.C department check total workmanship of the garments and make Q.C. report to production Manager for any rectification. Q.C. will must mark down if there are any deviations.

Cutting Approval

After wash [as per buyer’s requirement approval] our Q.C. department checks every point of means after processing as per buyer spc. If any deviation asked to cutting pattern master to rectify pin before bulk cutting.

Qc & Final Inspection

Our Q.C. Manager every day random check daily poly And give improvement report to factory. If out of tolerance he make decision for re-work. If ok he asked for cartooning. After finish all carton we chose random carton for final inspection.
